Tiffany Enneking Tiffany Enneking
Tiffany Enneking -Donoho is an experienced dancer of 12 years, starting at the age of five under the instruction of Jan Kocjan at the Dancespace Studio. Her passion has always been the more creative/jazz styles of dance with a strong ballet technique base via the Royal Academy of Dance syllabus and examinations, which she took two years in a row. This 2017/2018 year will be her first year co-teaching Creative Dance with her best friend and dance colleague Hillery Wilson -Tappan. Their shared inspiration is to instill in their students a passion for dance, using a creative- based syllabus. This syllabus will provide structure and technique, but more importantly, bring out their students’ creativity as they come alive through dance! As a famous philosopher (or perhaps dancer, or a combination of the two) once said “Movement is life; Life is movement”.

Hillery Wilson-Tappan began dancing at the Dancespace over 30 years ago, where she trained in the Royal Academy of Dance Ballet Syllabus. She spent much of her childhood in the studio with classes and performances. She continued that endeavor into adulthood to become an “In Spiritus” Company member. Upon moving from Page, she continued her training at Sinclair Community College in Dayton, Ohio, where she continued to develop her strong passion for ballet.

Upon her return to Page, Hillery decided to become a certified Zumba teacher. She presented dynamic classes to enthusiastic students for over two years.

Hillery assisted “Miss Summer” (Kocjan-Castro) for several years as an instructor in Creative Dance. There she discovered her love of the young dancers who were so thrilled to move and dance “in their own special way”. Hillery believes that promoting creativity and joy of movement can be accomplished alongside the teaching of basic ballet technique. She is very excited to begin the 2017/18 season at The Dancespace as co-teacher with her best friend, Tiffany Enneking-Donoho.

Tiana Bartholomew Tiana Bartholomew
Tiana Bartholomew-Knight will be teaching Hip-Hop, Contemporary/Jazz and assisting with In Spiritus Company classes. She will be creating new works for In Spiritus I and II this season, as well as presenting some of her existing choreography in our 2017 Christmas Concert and Dances in the Desert 2018.

Tiana began her dancing career at The Dancespace at age 3. She went on to receive her ballet training in the Royal Academy of Dance syllabus with Jan Kocjan, RAD RTS, undertaking her examinations from Pre-Primary through Vocational Level. She was our scholarship recipient (based upon receiving the highest scores in the studio for her examinations) for three years running.

She danced many leading roles in our ballets, from Clara in Nutcracker to Cinderella. Tiana was a valued member of both our companies throughout her high school years.
She has been our guest Modern teacher/choreographer for all levels for the past two Summer Intensives at Lake Powell, where she displayed her considerable talent as an innovative choreographer and well-loved teacher.

We warmly and whole-heartedly welcome Tiana to the Dancespace staff as resident instructor/choreographer.
